Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital products only. ZoloMarket sells a one-year QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Platinum license for up to 30 users. No discs or boxes are shipped, and physical shipping charges do not apply.

1. License delivery

We send the license details, including the license key, validation code, and installation instructions, by email to the address provided at checkout. The software itself is downloaded from the official Intuit website, rather than from ZoloMarket. We serve U.S. customers.

2. Delivery times

License credentials and the validation code are emailed within 24 hours after confirmed payment, including any necessary manual verification. We do not guarantee delivery within a fixed number of minutes. If the email does not arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact support.

3. License terms

The standard publicly priced package is Enterprise Platinum, up to 30 users, for one year at $1,900 USD. We do not sell a multi-year option on the website. No automatic renewal: the license expires at the end of its one-year term. To continue using a licensed edition after that term, place a new order or contact us to obtain a new license. For more than 30 users, please request a quote. Availability and terms will be confirmed individually.

4. Installation and activation

Customers need a compatible Windows environment meeting the relevant Intuit requirements. We provide reasonable installation and activation assistance. Certain cloud and support features require connectivity or separate eligibility and may have usage limits or additional fees.

5. Prepaid checkout

The publicly listed Enterprise Platinum offer is paid in full before delivery. Customers place the order using ZoloMarket checkout and complete the one-time payment through the available secure payment provider. After confirmed payment, we email the license and validation details within the published delivery period. The one-year license does not renew automatically; a new purchase is required for continued licensing after it expires.

6. Delivery or license issues

If you entered the wrong email, or have not received your order, write to support@zolomarket.com with your order number. Orders may require verification before resending licensing information. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable payment is refunded. Please see the 30-Day Refund Policy for licensing faults after delivery.
