ZoloMarket respects customer privacy. This policy describes how information is used to provide our U.S. digital software licensing store and support services.
1. Information collected
We may collect your name, business information, email, telephone number, billing and order information, software edition and license term, order status, activation confirmation, support messages, and technical information such as IP address, browser, and website usage. Payments are processed by independent payment service providers, including PayPal when available and Whop for earlier transactions, under their applicable privacy and payment terms. Do not email us your full payment-card number or account passwords. License keys and validation codes are emailed to the customer address provided at checkout; keep those credentials secure.
2. Why we use it
- Process and deliver QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise licenses.
- Provide installation, activation, invoicing, and refund assistance.
- Contact you about order status, license delivery and requested activation assistance.
- Prevent fraud, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
- Operate and improve the website, including permitted analytics.
3. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with payment processors (including PayPal for current checkout and Whop for historical transactions), hosting, transactional email providers, WooCommerce, Jetpack, Google Analytics and Mailchimp where those services are used, plus fraud-prevention and order-management providers as needed to run our business, or with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
4. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies enable cart, checkout, session and security functions. The website has Google Analytics 4 enabled through Google Site Kit, and Jetpack/WooCommerce may measure store activity. Where available, newsletter registration uses a separate Mailchimp integration. Analytics and marketing tools may set cookies or use related identifiers. You can manage cookies through your browser and contact us with privacy questions. We do not represent browser settings alone as a substitute for any consent rights required by law.
5. Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Records are retained for the time needed to complete orders, support purchased license terms, manage disputes, and satisfy applicable legal and accounting obligations. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your rights

7. Children and updates
Our services are intended for business purchasers, not children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 18. Changes to this policy are reflected on this page with an updated date.
