1. Identity and scope
ZoloMarket operates a U.S.-focused online software licensing store. We are an independent software reseller; Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. ZoloMarket is not operated or sponsored by Intuit.
2. Products and term
Our directly purchasable product is a one-year QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Platinum license for up to 30 users, priced at $1,900 USD. This is an annual license term, not lifetime ownership or a multi-year license. Additional user counts are available only through individual quotation and agreement. The software is subject to the exact license entitlement and applicable publisher terms. Renewal is not automatic. No recurring renewal charge is made by ZoloMarket. After the one-year term, customers wishing to continue must purchase a new license by placing a new order or contacting ZoloMarket.
3. Edition, features and publisher conditions
The product name and release year shown on the listing identify the edition being offered; they do not replace the actual Intuit licensing terms. Exact included features, cloud services, support eligibility and activation requirements depend on the specific license entitlement and publisher conditions. Customers who need a specific feature (including Advanced Inventory, Advanced Reporting, Advanced Pricing, approval workflows, online backup or Priority Circle services) should confirm its inclusion with ZoloMarket in writing before purchase. If the license delivered differs materially from the advertised product, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. ZoloMarket does not claim to be Intuit or an Intuit-operated support service.
4. Checkout, pricing and taxes
Displayed standard price is $1,900 USD for one year. Any applicable tax and the final total are disclosed at checkout. A request for a quote for more than 30 users is not an order and creates no payment commitment until a quote is separately accepted.
5. Prepaid checkout and payment
For the current publicly listed Enterprise Platinum offer, payment is collected in full at checkout before digital license delivery. Customers complete the one-time $1,900 USD purchase using the secure payment method presented at checkout. ZoloMarket begins fulfillment after confirmed payment and any necessary order verification. No automatic renewal or recurring charge is initiated by ZoloMarket. The one-year license expires at the end of its stated term; continuing requires a separate new purchase. For larger custom orders, any different terms must be agreed separately in writing.
6. Digital delivery and support
There are no physical shipments. License keys and validation codes are sent by email within 24 hours after confirmed payment, including any necessary order verification. Software is downloaded directly from the official Intuit website. See the Delivery Policy for details.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Qualifying activation problems, premature license termination and material delivery discrepancies are covered by our 30-day limited refund policy. Customers may request cancellation before digital fulfillment or activation as described there. These terms do not limit mandatory legal rights.
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers must comply with the purchased license’s user count and term, use the software lawfully, and maintain compatible systems. License credentials must not be unlawfully sublicensed or redistributed.
9. Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, ZoloMarket cannot be held liable for issues solely caused by unrelated third-party services, incompatible customer systems, or unauthorized modifications. We may update these terms prospectively; updates do not retroactively alter orders already accepted. Applicable mandatory laws continue to apply.
